The name Pinnacles is taken from a huge million years old petrified stone landscape in the Western desert part of Australia. Edgar made books full of notes during the trip and sang melody lines into a walkman type of pocket recorder while walking among the maybe oldest stonegarden on the planet. Back in his Berlin studio he transfered all ideas into rhythm, melodies and sounds. As landscapes around the world have always inspired Edgar for some purposes, Pinnacles is another example of his great love for this planet and beyond.
